Under this standard, it is advised that maintenance visits are provided every six months to ensure 100% of all equipment is tested annually.
Every six months our Service Engineer will visit your property to test your system and ensure that you are protected at all times.
Should something go wrong Securetech Group maintains a 24/7 manned Service Desk that you can rely on to rectify any issue quickly and effectively.
Service and maintenance efficiencies can be further improved using the latest self-testing detectors. Self-test features remove the risk to access awkward places such ceiling voids, lift shafts, service corridors, plant rooms, and allows a less intrusive engineer attendance.
FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT & TRAINING
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires that any commercial premises with more than 5 occupants must ensure that a thorough Fire Risk Assessment is undertaken by a Competent Person.
